This Data Processing Agreement ("Agreement") forms part of the Terms of Service between Stadium TT, LLC ("STADIUM", "Processor"), 418 Broadway #10464, Albany, NY 12207, United States, and the organization using STADIUM's services ("Company", "Controller").
This Agreement governs the processing of personal data by STADIUM on behalf of the Company in connection with the use of STADIUM's competition management platform, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
Terms such as "Controller", "Processor", "Personal Data", "Processing", "Data Subject", "Personal Data Breach", and "Supervisory Authority" have the meanings given in the GDPR.
STADIUM will process personal data only on the Company's documented instructions, including as set out in this Agreement. STADIUM will not process personal data for any other purpose. Personal data processed under this Agreement includes participant names, email addresses, and competition-related data submitted through the platform.
STADIUM will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.
The Company grants STADIUM general authorization to engage subprocessors to deliver the service. Current subprocessors are listed in STADIUM's Privacy Policy. STADIUM will ensure subprocessors are bound by data protection obligations no less protective than this Agreement. STADIUM will notify the Company of any material changes to subprocessors via the Privacy Policy notification process.
